A SHOW OF RESPECT

Last night we were asked to attend the NHS Thursday night clap for Repps and Bastwick Village in Norfolk.
Over the past 8 weeks IKON a small event company based just outside the village have put out two Emergency Vehicles a day.
Through the worst Pandemic in living memory they have assisted the East of England NHS Crews in responding to every type of Emergency call imaginable.
I have been proud to have been a part of this small team.
What they have lacked in experience has been more than made up with in enthusiasm, bravery and bloody hard work.
It's been an emotive time for me, I didn't really want to return to this work its shattering and so demanding on your mind and body.
The contract has come to an end and hopefully the company will survive and take up its role in providing event cover for the people of Norfolk
