We met these amazing people when we went to Hastings to sort stuff out. SECTION 5 DRUMMERS They look incredible and we hear they sound incredible too. Our little Baba Mear fitted in well with the group. We look forward to having them play for us in Hastings 9th December upstairs in the market area. Some bands just keep giving and want nothing in return. A thousand thanks to Cameron Vegas and the legend that is Metal Mirror. Whose support has been priceless from the beginning. We have had two samples made and I can not stop wearing mine, it is so cozy and warm and I am proud to wear my daughter's handprint over my heart which the matt black print is nice and subtle. I have washed and ironed them a number of times to test the quality and I am very pleased with the results, as they are just wonderful. Due to time restrictions for us as a family we have decided to launch this limited edition in Hastings on the 8th and 9th December. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO CONTINUE TO SUPPORT US AND OUR CAUSES. we are now known down under THANK YOU Our chosen charity this year is Charity for Kids Hastings. The reason we are helping them is because we love to support local charities to our events, so the patrons of the charities can come and enjoy the event with us. This seemed to have worked well in the past. We also want to help independent children’s charities as Molly had Downs Syndrome, her hips were both flexed at birth which is fixable with a body cast, but we will never know what disabilities she would have had, physical, emotional or mental. Whoever she would have been we as her parents would have dealt with it and coped and loved her every breath. We are continuing to raise funds for The Willows Stillbirth support group, but we also wish to raise money for the living children who need help. Sounds crazy but we just love to see people enjoy our donations. Here is a photo of Leo, one of the recipients of Charity for kids. He just wanted to say hello.... Amazing how this tiny imprint of a stillborn baby’s hand has travelled the world. 30 countries now and increasing. 1500+ likes 300 T shirts. 650 people have seen 17 bands play under Molly’s handprint. The image has appeared on posters, fliers, pint glasses, mugs, backpacks and baby grows, On our backdrop and on album covers, poems have been written about her. Songs have been recorded. Promo videos have her handprint at the beginning. Molly’s hand print has been photographed on all the different continents on earth. Her hand print has fronted gigs by major bands. Molly has been on tour, on holiday in Africa, she’s been on the summits of the highest mountains on earth. She’s been on the beach, on safari, on cruises and completed emergency shifts, she’s been to Glastonbury, Nepal. Thailand, New Zealand, The States, Canada, Australia and even Norfolk. Molly’s handprint has ran in races, is on Coffee Mugs and Business Cards. She’s been mentioned on air on Radio Stations, on Pod Casts, On line Magazines and printed word. Her name has been mentioned in newspapers and magazines. Yet she never breathed or cried or opened her eyes, she never spoke a word or reached out to touch another human being. Yet her name lives on and through the medium of Heavy Metal Music she impacts on peoples lives. She brings people together and creates awareness and funds charities and projects up and down the country. All this is amazing and Molly’s story can be read here in Mollys story All this has happened and its wonderful but id have changed it in a heartbeat if she could have lived . So when you see this image again remember its all we have of her. That tiny ink mark. That smallest of impressions. That rustle of history’s wings.  WHEN A ROCK LEGEND TURNS UP TO HOLD YOUR BABY! Andro Coulton from EX-Witchfynde, currently Malleus and his lovely wife Sharon, popped by to give Amelie a cuddle back in September 2017 when she was 4 months old. They kindly brought special gifts for Baba Mear and Amélie clearly loved the whole day. She was totally facinated with Andro's beard! FROM SMALL ROCKS MOUNTAINS FORM The bond between Brian and Andro blossomed over a scrummy roast chicken dinner, this is when the idea of Brian drumming for Malleus came to fruition. Amazing things can happen when people get together. Apart from chatting, whats apping, emailing, pinging, face timing on your phones, get on the bus, in that car, ride on that train, walk, hike, go spend time with your friends family and heros.
