This photograph has really affected me. Molly's handprint on the other side of the world Paul Britton a legendary musician from the NWOBHM band Scarab in New Zealand at Whangerai Falls. In one moment, one click of the camera it epitomises all we have achieved in the last three years. To endure such loss, such grief and transform it into such a positive force really is a triumph. We only have Molly's handprint to show she existed and lived all be it in utero for nine months. Now she is known worldwide. She really is a symbol of hope now we have gone on to have another baby girl in our fifties. To take a form of music which can be misunderstood and combine it with the tragic subject of Stillborns to raise funds and awareness did seem an impossible task. But unbelievably it has worked and slowly and surely we continue to grow and Molly's story and the image of her tiny hand resonates around the planet. I am incredibly proud of my wife Claire Mear of the work she has done and continues to do in Molly's name. It's a difficult task at times, it's unbelievably emotive as I'm sure most people realise regardless of whether they have lost a child or not. Thank you for all your love and kindness. X
