MOLLY RAN THE GREAT NORTH RUN

Ian decided to run the great north run last sunday in memory of Molly Mear and down syndrome north east. it was such an honour to watch the race, even though we could not see Ian in the end on telly, it was a joy to watch and see apart of the world who welcomes us with great warmth.

He ran                     21.43 km or 13 .1 miles - in 2 hours and 7 minutes & 48 seconds!
He burnt off     1800 calories
He finished       15104th out of 57000!  He did rather well!!
Has raised         £146.00 (come on world we can help him out here)
