REMEMBERING WHY WE DO THIS.

This could be seen as a shocking photo taken by Claire, but it's very important everyone knows why we host Mearfest.
It's not a conventional Rock festival in any way. Although we concentrate on the New wave of British Heavy Metal and celebrate that music and its legacy, fundamentally we exist to raise funds and awareness in stillborn, miscarriage and infant deaths.

Below is a photo I took of Claire, this was just before the nurses took Molly's body away for the final time. Her face says it all. No parent should ever have to go through this kind of pain.
